A viral campaign to support the UK launch of the new Peugeot 3008 Crossover, billed as the car for multi-taskers.
The microsite hosted an interactive video, in which the user paid a virtual visit to the office of three-armed Dr Cross, the world’s leading multi-tasking therapist. During the consultation, he introduced three tests. The first required only the mouse. The second, to be undertaken simultaneously, added the keyboard. The real challenge came with the addition of the third and final test – when Dr Cross called ‘live’ on the user’s mobile phone.
To give the illusion of answering questions in a real conversation over the phone, we used the first ever commercial integration of an online video with an IVR telephone system.
The campaign was highly commended in the IVCA Awards 2010.
